You simply take root beer (which is not a beer, more a coffin lemonade like Coke with a different taste. Available at Subways across Europe), Vanilla ice and a Guinness glass. Put everything together... watch the foam rising and enjoy! Delicious man!

I have to confess this stuff looks delicious, but I'm quite sure when you have drunken it, you can go to doc Hollidays (the famous dentist)grave and pray for your teeth.
P.s.: Here are also a lot of germans, probably because I'm in Germany, but still strange... :-)

I am not sure how ice cream is doing in a package to Japan... but we could give it a try ;-)
